TeachPassion™ Leadership

Can Passion Be Taught?  Caught? Multiplied.

We help passionate leaders multiply their impact by equipping and inspiring their teams to carry the mission forward.

Greg Furer — Leadership Speaker
The Challenge

You're Passionate. Your Team Isn't Catching It.

If you're anything like the leaders we work with, you love what you do and why you do it — but you find it frustrating that your family, your team, and your colleagues aren't as fired up as you are. You can see a better future so clearly, but others can't seem to see it. That gap leads to frustration, isolation, and burnout. TeachPassion™ Leadership exists to close that gap.

The root of the word Passion is believing in something so deeply that you are willing to suffer for it.

— The TeachPassion™ Principle
Greg Furer speaking

You're suffering for what you believe in — but the hard work isn't multiplying.

  • Your vision is crystal clear to you, but your team can't see it the same way
  • Your deep passion isn't catching on, no matter how hard you work
  • You feel like you're carrying the mission alone — and it's exhausting
  • Talented people on your team are going through the motions, not the mission
  • You know you're built for more impact, but you don't know how to unlock it in others

The Toolbox

As a leader, it can be hard to keep everything in focus. If you are anything like me, I was growing frustrated with a pile of ideas and no traction. Too many priorities. Too much noise. Not enough clarity. It should not have to be that difficult to stay focused on what actually matters.

That is where the TeachPassion™ Leadership Tools came in. A series of simple, practical tools to help leaders cut out the noise, gain clarity, and stay focused on what has to move.

I did not set out to build a series of tools. I set out to solve my own problems. And now I want to share these tools with you.

Interactive · Any Day

Rock Sifter

Hover for detail

Every day, your list is too long. Three of those things actually matter. Sift them out. Dump the list, cut it three times, and walk out with three rocks you can actually close today. Downloads your finished list into the My Daily Rocks tool as a PDF.

Core Values Exercise

Hover for detail

The work of naming what you actually value, not what sounds good on a wall. Sort a deck of values down to your final few in about ten minutes. Everything downstream, your mission, your goals, how you spend a Saturday, gets easier once these are settled and harder for as long as they are not.

Every Day

Prayer Journal

Hover for detail

A daily prayer journal built around the five areas of prayer, so you always know where to start and never sit down to a blank page. It carries your compasses, personal, family, and company, and you read them every day until they are yours. I have kept a prayer journal for over a decade. This is the version I actually use.

Every Day, Every Week, Every Month

3 Wins Journal

Hover for detail

Three wins from today, three set for tomorrow. A soul check and a stress number, so you can see a pattern forming before it becomes a problem. Weekly and monthly reviews are built into the same book, so the reflection actually happens. Fill it out in the evening and you go to bed with a positive mind no matter how the day went.

Every Day, Plus a Weekly Sweep

My Daily Rocks

Hover for detail

Three rocks, the things that truly have to move. Up to ten pebbles, the things you get to do if there is time. Then sand. Whatever you do not finish gets pushed down instead of pretending it disappeared. Once a week you run the whole thing through the Sandbox Organizer. Most of it should die. That is a good week.

All Year Long

Goals Sandbox

Hover for detail

Most people sit down in December to set goals and stare at a blank page. This fixes that. All year long, whenever a goal idea hits you, it goes in here under the F it belongs to. No filter, no editing, no deciding. Then when it is time you are choosing from twelve months of your own thinking, not inventing from nothing.

Ongoing, Reviewed Quarterly

My Crazy Idea Sandbox

Hover for detail

Built for visionary leaders and for the teams who work for them. If you have twenty ideas before you get out of the shower and you hand every one of them to your team, you give them whiplash. Every idea goes to the sandbox first and waits. Once a quarter you run the list. Most of them die, and the ones that survive move to your 90 Day World or go to a who.

Every Quarter

My 90 Day World

Hover for detail

A year is too far out to feel real and a week is too short to change anything. Ninety days is the horizon where planning actually holds, and you get four fresh starts a year. This tool lays what matters across the next thirty, sixty, and ninety days. The breakthrough comes the moment you realize how few slots you actually have.

Every Week

Memento Mori Calendar

Hover for detail

One circle for every week of an eighty-year life. Fill in the weeks you have already lived, then add one more each week, by hand. It takes ten seconds and it reorders your priorities every single time. Number your days, that you may gain a heart of wisdom. Psalm 90:12.

After Every Book

Book Report

Hover for detail

I read a lot, and for years I remembered almost none of it. This fixes that. One page per book. What it said in your own words, the passages worth coming back to, the three takeaways you do not want to forget, and an honest rating. Then the part that actually matters: the one thing you are going to do about it, and by when. A book you never act on was entertainment.

Twice a Year

Mid-Year Review

Hover for detail

Halftime. Most people set goals in January and never look at them again until the year is gone. This is the day you look. Pull away for a few hours, reflect honestly on what is working and what is not, and decide what has to change for the second half while there is still a second half to change.

Discover Your Core Values

The written workbook. The work of naming what you actually value, not what sounds good on a wall. Everything downstream, your mission, your goals, how you spend a Saturday, gets easier once these are settled and harder for as long as they are not.

Create Your Affirmation Statement

Hover for detail

Who you are becoming, written in your own words, in the present tense. I read mine every single morning before I do anything else. It is the shortest tool here and it may be the one that has changed me most.

Once, Then Revisited

Create Your Mission Statement

Hover for detail

Why you are here, in a sentence you can actually remember. If you cannot say it out loud without reading it, it is not finished yet.
